Total Human is a nootropic supplement that absolutely stands out from the crowd. With fabulous packaging, great formulation, and 24/7 support, it is one of the most unique supplements on the market.

But it is not a perfect supplement, and it is far from an affordable one.

Is it safe enough for long-term supplementing? And is it worth your money?

Let’s find out.

Onnit Total Human Review

Total Human was developed by a well-respected brand Onnit, that is known for many quality supplements including Alpha Brain, one of the most effective nootropics on the market.

total human review

Total Human was developed to:

  • Provide 24/7 brain and body support
  • Optimize your brain performance
  • Optimize your sleep

The product consists of 10 supplements. Compared to buying individual supplements, Total Human is much more affordable, but you’ll still need to spend over $4.60/day.

The main question is: Do you need to take all those supplements? And what can you expect from them?

Total Human Ingredients

Total Human consists of 2 packs: Day Pack and Night Pack.

Day Pack

The day pack was designed to give you the needed nutrients for optimal daily performance. It supports your focus, energy, motivation, endurance, and overall well-being.

Day Pack contains ingredients from 4 popular Onnit supplements:

  • Alpha Brain (their popular nootropic supplement)
  • Shroom Tech Sport (formula for energy and endurance)
  • Stron Bone (for bones and joints)
  • B Complex (a classical b-complex for normal cell functioning)

Night Pack

The night pack was designed to help you relax, recover, and optimize your sleep.

Night Pack contains the following supplements:

  • New Mood (for relaxation)
  • ViruTech (for immune support)
  • Key Minerals (for overall health)

In addition, both packs also contain:

  • Shroom Tech Immune (for your immune system)
  • Krill Oil
  • Spirulina & Chlorella (for your immune system)
Without any doubt, Total Human is the most complex supplement we ever tried. On the one hand, it really is a fantastic supplement, because it offers 24/7 support. On the other hand, it contains lots of unnecessary compounds, it lacks quality nootropics, and it is extremely expensive. We believe that by cutting the unnecessary compounds, the formula would be equally effective, safer, and much more affordable.

Total Human Side Effects

Since Total Human is such a complex supplement, many are worried about adverse side effects. And there is a good reason why people are worried.

Whenever you consume so many individual supplements, you don’t know what is going to happen in your body.

Everything might be all-right, but you might as well experience different health issues such as:

  • Headaches
  • Stomach pain
  • Nervousness
  • Fast heartbeat
  • Brain fog

One of the biggest issues of this formula is the fact that it contains Alpha Brain, which used to be a popular nootropic supplement. However, this product hasn’t been optimized for years.

The main issue with Alpha Brain is that many people report multiple adverse side effects like the one we just mentioned.

After reviewing the formula of Alpha Brain, we did notice a few crucial issues, which may cause the unwanted side effects to some, so we suggest to be careful with that.

Apart from that, as long as you follow the recommended daily dosage, you should be all right. Well, if, of course, you are not intolerant to any of the compounds that can be found in this supplement.

If you are, good luck finding out which ingredient is causing the issues.

Anyhow, before supplementing Onnit Total Human, we do recommend consulting your doctor.

Total Human Suggested Use

Compared to many other supplements, it’s quite easy to follow Onnit’s’ guidelines.

They recommend taking 1 packet (of Total Human Day Pack) in the morning with your breakfast, and 1 packet (of Total Human Night Pack) in the evening.

The good thing about these packets is that you really don’t have to think about your daily dosage anymore.

The bad thing is that you need to take approximately 16 capsules per day. We don’t know about you, but we had severe issues with swallowing all the capsules. Now imagine you have to do it day by day, for weeks, months, or even years.

The user experience is really terrible, and it is practically impossible to customize your daily use.

Sadly, we do have mixed feelings regarding Total Human.

Our Experience

Based on all the mentioned facts, our experience wasn’t optimal. We loved the short-term effects, and we love the overall design and packaging quality.

On the other hand, a few of our team members couldn’t finish the test period because they simply couldn’t swallow all 16 capsules/day for a week. We don’t blame them – many people report the same issues, so we know it’s an ongoing problem.

When it comes to long-term effects, we are not sure if Total Human is a perfect supplement. Yes, it does contain a few crucial compounds, which we absolutely love and recommend.

But it also contains many unnecessary compounds, and the under-optimized Alpha Brain, which we know for a fact, is not the best nootropic stack on the market.

Again, we have mixed feelings.

Where To Buy Total Human?

If you want to buy Total Human, you can do it on their official web store.

However, as it currently stands, we do not recommend buying it. Here is our final recommendation.

Our Recommendation

Total Human is, without any doubt, the most complex supplement on the market. It is also the most expensive one we ever tested. Based on our Onnit Total Human supplement review, you can expect many positive benefits from it, if you are willing to pay an enormous amount of money for it, swallow 16 capsules per day, and have absolutely zero chance to optimize the ingredients you take for optimal performance. Based on our research, there are many better, more affordable, and safer nootropic supplements on the market. Click on the button below to check them out.
