We were recently warned about Quiet Mind Plus nootropic supplement. Apparently developed by two health experts (dr. Steven Campbell and Gregory Peters), this product is promoted as an excellent supplement for:
- Improving focus and attention
- Boosting memory
- Reducing stress levels
- Helping people with tinnitus
What caused lots of caution in some of our followers was the fact that one supplement can be beneficial for tinnitus and cognition, which is rather strange.
We are not saying it’s not possible, but it definitely sounds odd.
What’s even worse – apparently, this supplement was developed by a secret IQ organization, which “is an underground group of experts.” If you are a James Bond fan, then you might like this product right away. But if you are more concerned about the real quality of it, read further.
Quiet Mind Plus Ingredients
Quiet Mind Plus contains the following ingredients:
- Olive leaves
- Uva ursi
- Buchu leaves
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
Before we check them in more detail, we can already spot a few issues with this formulation. Sadly, Quiet Mind Plus supplement contains no real nootropics for brain performance. We are afraid this formula won’t do much for boosting your cognition.
Olive leaves may be beneficial for your overall health, but there is not much research connecting them to improved cognition, focus, attention, and other benefits that this supplement presumably brings.
Hibiscus is a decent anti-oxidant that is often added to teas. It can bring many health benefits, but no studies are supporting its effects on cognition.
Uva Ursi is another underresearched plant in this formulation that has no proven effects on brainpower. We do not know its role in this product.
Among other benefits, garlic is a great anti-oxidant that can help fighting inflammation, common cold, etc. But it brings no benefits to improved cognition whatsoever.
Buchu leaves are another shady compound of this supplement that is not related to the cognitive enhancement of any kind.
Hawthorn is a tree native to Europe, Asia, North Africa, and North America. It is loaded with anti-oxidants and may be useful for lowering blood pressure and reducing inflammation, but it is useless for improving cognition.
Vitamin B3 is vital for improving skin, mental health, reducing diabetes, regulating digestion, and many other benefits. We don’t know the exact dosage of B3 in Quiet Mind Plus.
Vitamin B6 is one of the B vitamins crucial for normal body functioning. However, we don’t know the exact dosage of B6 in this formulation, so we would be cautious.
Vitamin B12 is one of the most crucial vitamins for brain functioning. Recent studies show that the majority of people lack vitamin B12.
Vitamin C is an effective nutrient for providing anti-oxidant effects. However, studies confirm that it is much more effective when taken with food.
Since Quiet Mind Plus looks like a completely useless supplement for improving cognition, it is hard to expect any effects from taking it.
Sadly, not knowing the exact amount of B-Complex vitamins can cause lots of unwanted issues. The typical side-effects of an overdose include:
- Abdominal pain
To avoid any potential side effects, we recommend avoiding the supplement altogether.
When we wanted to order Quiet Mind Plus, but we couldn’t find their home page anymore. Also, the product is not listed on Amazon.
It seems that the founders had to remove the product or maybe Google/Amazon banned it.
Anyhow, as a result of the unavailability, we couldn’t test it.
If we are completely honest with you, we would probably avoid testing it anyway, because based on the formula, it is an entirely useless supplement.

As it currently stands, it is impossible to buy Quiet Mind Plus. And we are happy that’s the case.
